All Microsoft product support and warranty terms are provided by Microsoft directly under their own product terms — not by Capfid LLC. If a license key fails to activate or malfunctions, contact our support team first; we'll replace it or process a refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Unless explicitly stated, Capfid LLC does not offer any separate or extended warranty beyond what Microsoft provides for the product itself.
